Fitness Coach--We are very excited to introduce Meg Ellison, a Montpelier resident with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology, who will be available beginning Sept. 19 from 11-noon on Mondays and from 7-8 p.m. on Wednesdays in the fitness room.  She can answer your questions about stretching, strength training, cardiovascular and weight loss workouts, rehabilitation from injuries or surgery, as well as how to use the machines properly and for maximum benefit.  She asks that you call either her (728-2052) or me here at the Center (728-2600) to make an appointment.  This will enable her to give you some individual attention.  Meg is very knowledgeable and loves to help people get healthy, so make an appointment today!

            The Montpelier Civic Center offers something for everyone in the community, young or old.  We can host plays, musical events, special events, youth sporting events, and tournaments.  The civic center has a full-sized ball court, a large stage, a fitness room, a classroom/conference room, and a kitchen.  Our facility can be rented for wedding events, reunions, corporate parties, etc.  The entire gym or our classroom/conference room (710 square feet) can be rented.
